Our befriending service is here for everyone living with MS or caring for someone who does.

We know many people in our MS community feel isolated. Social contact is important, but some of us have limited access to the outside world.

Your data

To allow us to keep in touch, we require your preferred contact information. This will be stored securely and used with other personal data you may choose to provide to the Befriending service to keep in touch for example, your interests, family information and so on. Your data will be deleted or anonymised in line with our retention policy once the service ends or on your request to be removed. Anonymised and aggregated data is used for evaluation purposes so you are never identifiable and helps us improve our services and support.
