Pilates for MS

Research tells us practicing Pilates can help you to manage your MS. It helps most when you practice often and over a longer period of time. Even doing little or few exercises regularly can make you feel better.

Some symptoms it can help you with are foot-drop, posture, balance bladder, fatigue and memory. Our instructors Beth Svarovska and Ruth Reid worked with Alvina and Simon to create these Pilates videos with you in mind. They're suitable for all levels of mobility.
